according to this site (1) the first model was built in 1966, and it is sellers price is 95$ in mint condition
this site (2) has an unspecified model year, new in the box, for $105 from 2005 but it is not know whether it sold
there are a few of these on ebay for less than 20 bucks but none are in perfect condition, so l am guessing the price you fetch will depend greatly on its condition and whether you can find a buyer
