In what Minnesota city do they park a car on a frozen pond and then take bets on which day it will break through the ice when it thaws?

Knucklehead is a dumb shit. Every lake freezes over here. And every year you hear about idiots who park their cars right next to each other on the ice and they fall through. Those people have it coming if they are that stupid. The ice can not support the weight if ten cars are right next to each other.
